• Provide on-the-spot roadside assistance such as tire changes, battery jump starts, fuel delivery, and lockout services. 

• Assist customers in a friendly, professional manner.

• Ensure the vehicle is safely handled and operate within all traffic safety laws.

• Customer Service Representative

• Locations: All Areas of Columbus, GA (Remote options available)

Responsibilities:

 

• Answer calls from customers needing roadside assistance.

• Collect detailed customer and vehicle information.

• Coordinate with roadside assistance technicians and dispatch services.

• Provide exceptional customer service, handling inquiries and issues efficiently.

• Dispatch Coordinator

• Locations: North Columbus, South Columbus, East Columbus

• Job Type: Full-time

 

Responsibilities:

 

• Dispatch roadside technicians to customers in need of assistance.

• Manage scheduling and ensure fast response times.

• Track service progress and provide timely updates to customers.

• Maintain accurate service records and coordinate with all departments.
